'When I founded JP & Associates REALTORS® it wasn't for any other reason than to create a top producers dream.
Having been a top producer myself, I wanted a culture, a system and a brand that would support my vision and ensure success. So, out of the back of my trunk, I set out to change what top producing agents can expect from their brokerage, and how the real estate model was operating.
JPAR was born as a hybrid model, taking a capped transaction fee and pairing it with production standards and a service driven culture. Our culture is one of collaboration, best practices, and service.That has served us well.
Fast forward 6 years later, and we are the 88th largest real estate brokerage firm in the US as ranked by REAL TRENDS (2017, transactions size) and growing!
